This summer brought us some seriously fab clients and weddings, but we reluctantly said goodbye to summer as we entered one of our favorite seasons.. FALL! After spending most of this month planning for and coordinating our remaining weddings and events of 2017 and our upcoming weddings of 2018, we wanted to take a moment to look at 3 amazing fall color trends by our friends at The Black Tux.

For those of you who don’t know, The Black Tux is one of our favorite men’s attire shops for groom and groomsmen rentals. They have showrooms at a few select Nordstroms locations and also offer the option of at home try on. You simply pick out a suit or tux and they ship it to you for a 48 hour trial period. Super simple and great for the modern groom!

Now without further ado, here’s what we expect to see a lot of before we say hello to 2018!

2010 Color of the Year is TURQUOISE!

April 12 2010, Posted by Melissa + Elsa

Pantone announces Turquoise (15-5519) to be color of the year for 2010. Now that summer is around the corner, here is an inspiration board we put together using turquoise, yellow/gold, and white.

Very vibrant and very “SoCal.”

Even though turquoise is  a bright summery color, it can be put together with darker colors  and/or used as an accent color for a fall/winter wedding.

Here are some combination ideas:

-turquoise and white/silver

-turquoise, fuchsia, yellow, white

-turquoise and red

-turquoise, black, and white

-turquoise and orange

-turquoise and brown
